So I've been really slacking with recipes, I have an excuse though... My excuse is that I make these things, forget about the recipe opportunities and take a photo with my phone rather than my camera, I would ideally like all the photos on my blog to be taken properly and look good... also I freestyle pretty much everything i make and then forget what I did :-\

However normally the pics aren't too bad and this particular recipe I had a few people ask me about it so I thought I would use the pic from my phone with Instagram enhancements and then get pictures in the future to update...

Anyway no one really cares about this so here's how you make this yummy jerk style cauliflower steak.

Ingredients:

A Cauliflower
1tbs Jerk Marinade (the jarred stuff)
3tbs Olive Oil
Pinch of Salt & Pepper

Instructions:

Whack the oven on at about 200°C

Whilst that is heating up lets sort the cauliflower, so you want a slice that is just over a cm thick. For the best and biggest result go from the middle.

Put it aside a sec and in a little bowl mix the marinade, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Once it's all mixed together you want to cover the cauliflower steak, to do this I used one of those weird rubbery baking brushes.

When it's covered fry it in a pan at a medium heat for 6 mins each side.

After frying put it in the oven for 10 mins, flipping it over after 5 mins.

Now enjoy, I had mine with some couscous, I also used the left over cauliflower with the same marinade mix and just oven baked on a tray because I'm greedy...

  1. You will rank higher in the SERPs if you adhere to these 5 fundamental principles and disregard all of the hokey SEO strategies you have heard about. I've already started a number of fruitful SEO efforts for some really competitive keywords, so I can vouch for this. Marketing agencies Philadelphia
